Payment Policy
At the time of booking, a deposit of the first night's accommodation is payable with balance to be paid on arrival.

All bookings require a valid credit card number as a guarantee.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are refundable. However, cancellations must be informed at least 7 days prior to arrival (inside office hours). If you cancel within 7 days, a cancellation fee of your first night's accommodation will be incurred (i.e. the deposit will be retained by us). Cancellation within 3 days of arrival, or any no shows, will incur full payment (i.e. we will charge the full booking amount to the credit card held on file).

DURING MARDI GRAS WEEKEND EXTRA CONDITIONS APPLY. PLEASE SEE MAIN DIFFERENCES BELOW:

-Full payment is required at least 14 days prior to arrival after which no refunds will be given for cancellations.

-Bookings will only be accepted from couples 25yrs of age and over (Photo ID will be required at check-in Driver’s Licence/Passport).

-Non-paying guests are not permitted at any time.

-Please note that as the person making the booking you are held responsible for all people included in your booking. We ask that consideration be given to other guests at all times.

-The cost of any repairs/cleaning/damage/breakages will be recovered from the credit card provided on booking.

Children (5-12 yrs) requiring an extra bed: $45 per night.
Infants (under 5yrs): Free when no cot required. NB: If cot required: $10.00 per night.
