Terms and Conditions
All bookings require a credit card number as a guarantee, either taken at time of booking or at check-in.
Payment:
If booking online, full payment is taken at time of booking and the following Online Cancellation Policy applies. Please contact us for other payment options if this is not suitable.
Online Booking Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations outside 7 days prior to arrival incur a cancellation fee of 20%. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee of your first night's accommodation. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival (or no show) incur a cancellation fee of 100%.
Changes:
Bookings can be changed at anytime. If the booking is to be reduced then the same rule applies as above for cancellations. (If you are concerned about the possibility of cancellation fees you are advised to take out Travel Insurance)
Minimum Stays:
At weekends there is normally a minimum stay of two nights in the ski season (Fri/Sat). At certain times there is flexibility in this. Please contact us for details.
Check-in:
No earlier than 4p.m. (16:00) and no later than 8pm (20:00). Arrangements can be put in place for unavoidable late arrivals after 8p.m. (as long as pre-advised). For arrivals before 4p.m. luggage can be stored or earlier check-in can be organised by arrangement..
Check out:
10.00a.m. A late checkout may be available by arrangement.
Office hours: 8am - 7pm 7 days a week
Manuka Lodge is a Non - Smoking house:
All inside areas are non-smoking. There is a smoking area outside for your convenience. Please use ash receptacles provided, thank you.
PLEASE NOTE: A charge will be incurred if smoke is detected in your room, or any indoor public area.
Pets:
Although we appreciate our animal friends, pets are not accommodated for at Manuka Lodge. Sorry!
However please be aware we do have a lodge cat.
