You are woken to the sound of bellbirds and tuis. Outside it is a bright, calm, crisp morning with frost on the ground. Inside you are beautifully warm and comfortable because the central heating kicked in an hour before dawn. You already know the skiing will be perfect today and, swinging your legs out of bed, you stretch before heading into your bathroom for a shower. The only thing between you and the snow is a copious breakfast, which awaits downstairs. Wafting aromas of fresh hot coffee, home baked bread and crackling bacon cause you to nearly fall as you eagerly scrabble to pull on your pants.
